Cathedral Peak, (10,911')

Route: Cathedral Lakes trailhead of the JMT for a couple miles, up western slope to the class 3 west face to the class 4 summit block. We roped up for the final bit.

Notes: We started at 8:45am, arrived at bottom of west face 2h45m later, summit 2h after that, nearly an hour on the summit belaying everyone up and down in turn, 3h40m down; 9h30m total. Not exactly a speed ascent. Rafee's Photos
